Due to carrier restrictions, our current shipment regulations do not allow
shipments to P.O. Box addresses.
APO and FPO Address:
Due to UPS and FedEx Restrictions, our current shipment regulations do

International Addresses:
Due to our manufacturer distribution agreements, we are not permitted
to ship products to addresses outside the Continental US, Alaska, and

Overnight & all other
deliveries must be placed before 12:p.m. MST for express shipping. Orders,
including Fed Ex & UPS Overnight, 2nd Day & 3 Day Select placed after
12:00pm (noon) MST (Mountain Standard Time) will usually be shipped out
within 24-48 hours given the item is in stock and there are no complications.
To
ensure delivery protection, all Procura.com carriers i.e. Fed Ex and UPS,
deliveries require an adult signature upon delivery. Procura.com
has the right to refuse or delay any order if shipping and billing information
cannot be verified.
Weekend and Holiday
Shipping:
Procura.com's distribution center does not ship on weekends holidays and
these days do not count as part of the delivery time.
If for any reason a delivery is refused by the customer, Procura.com will
charge a 20% restocking fee plus the total amount of the shipping charges
to the customers credit card. If for any reason a carrier (for example:
UPS, FedEx) is unable to "reach" the intended recipient for delivery, Procura.com
will charge a 20% restocking fee plus the total amount of the shipping charges
to the customers credit card.
Prior to shipping any product, Procura.com performes a credit card pre-authorization
with the card holders credit card company to ensure the funds are available
when the product is ready to ship. Final credit card charges will be processed
upon shipment of your Procura.com order. Any additional or post order charges
such as additional shipping, handling, or special delivery charges, which
cannot be calculated via Procura.com's online order checkout process, may
be charged separately and may appear as a separate charge on your credit
card statement. In the above limited cases, customer will be notified if
additional charges need to be applied on the order.
Shipping and handling charges are typically displayed upon checkout of
your order. Although Procura.com tries to display accurate shipping charges
upon checkout, in some limited cases, additional shipping charges may
be applied "after" order has been placed to cover any unforseen
or additional shipping on the order. In these cases, additional shipping
charges will be applied after items have been boxed, weighed and scanned
and customer will be notified. If shipping charges do not show up "at
all" upon checkout, shipping charges will be added later and customer
will be notified of any and all changes in shipping price.

Procura.com offers
a 14-day Limited Return Policy for products purchased directly
from Procura.com on an approved case by case basis
provided that the product is returned in the original "SEALED, UNOPENED
BOX. Procura.com reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking
fee on any merchandise returned. Procura.com will refuse any returned
merchandise if items are not returned in the original"SEALED, UNOPENED
BOX. Customer is responsible for insuring each return and all carrier
shipping charges on the return. Procura.com will not accept returns via
any other carrier other than UPS or Fed Ex. Customer will e-mail the tracking

The Following Return
Procedures Should be noted and Followed with Extreme Accuracy!
1st, before returning
any merchandise, you first must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
by filling out Procura.com online RMA request form. (RMA
requests are not taken over the phone). Any returns shipped to
us without a pre-approved RMA code will be refused without notice, automatically
returned, and a handling fee assessed. An RMA code is good for 5 days.
Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt and/or packing slip) is required for
all returns. Your RMA number must be printed clearly on the outside
of the RMA packaging to ensure proper RMA expediting. Procura.com
will not be held responsible for lost RMA's due to inaccurate or unclear
RMA information on the RMA packaging! All RMA's must be returned via
UPS or Fed Ex. No Exceptions. Once the RMA is returned and inspected,
credit will be issued back to the original credit card used for the
online purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for RMA credits to be issued.

Receiving Incorrect
Merchandise: If you receive any Product by mistake which is not
the product ordered, we will "exchange only" the item at no
additional cost upon verification and pay for the return shipping one
way via UPS Standard Ground. All incorrect merchandise returns will
only be accepted via UPS or FedEx for tracking & quality control assurance.
New merchandise will be sent to the original shipping address once incorrect
merchandise is received back in our warehouse. Click

Defective
or DOA Merchandise: All merchandise sold by Procura.com is considered
new and is covered by the manufactures warranty. Merchandise found to
be defective must be handled directly with the manufacturer by the customer.
Procura.com does not warranty, service, repair, or replace defective
merchandise. Some manufacturer contact information can be found here
Pre-Shipping Cancellations for In-Stock Orders: Most
orders placed with Procura.com that are "in-stock" usually ship
same day or next day. Because of this, Procura.com does not guarantee pre-shipping
cancellations on any order('s) with "in-stock" items.
Customer will be responsible for all shipping and restocking fees related
to order cancellations that have already shipped. Customers who wish to
return an order after delivery from the carrier, may do so by following
Procura.com's return policies & procedures located here.
Pre-Shipping Cancellations
for "Backordered" Items:
Procura.com recieves merchandise everyday from manufacturers. Because of
this, orders containing "back order" items may ship at any time. Because
of this, Procura.com does not guarantee cancellations on any orders containing
back order items. However, customers may submit a cancellation
request for orders that
have "back order" item('s) by filling out our cancellation
request form here. Please allow 48 hours to ensure order has not shipped.
Please note the following possible scenario of a cancellation timeline:
Orders placed between the hours of 12am (midnight) MST to 12pm (noon) MST
"could" request cancellation before 12:pm (noon) MST on the same
day.
Orders place after 12pm (noon) MST "might" have until 12pm (noon)
MST next business day to cancel order.
