Comments: I ordered a pair of Sony headphones for my own personal use and experience several problems which I had to contact Procura.com's customer service. They were with out adoubt the best customer service that I have ever had the pleasure of working with, ON or OFF the internet. I first had a problem with my bank, I had moved recently and they didn't update my billing address with the proper address so procura didn't just bill the card (great protection), they sent me a email telling me the problem so that I could recify the problem.I did so and the order was shipped. They use UPS to deliver this package.

I had the opposite experience with UPS, they delivered it tothe wrong address. I emailed Procura.com under advisement from UPS. They contacted UPS and had them call me to correct the problem and the package delivered a few hours later. I wasso impressed with the merchendise that I immediatly purchased a second pair as a surprise for my brother who lives in another state. They charged my card with no problems this time and the product was shipped. I had problems with UPS once again. They delivered the package to the address but the Law firm which my brother works moved days prior. I had called to correct the address after viewing the problem via their on-line tracking system (useless) since I had called immediately after the first attempt. Any way the package was ultimately shipped back via ground service (10 plus days had passed).

I was very upset about my dealings with UPS customer service and finally contacted procura about the situation. They were great, they said don't worry about it and sent out another one (overnighted and didn't charge me for the second pair) until the first pair arrived back to them. This solution saved me a good week to 10 days transit time. I was so pleased by my experience with procura that I will tell everyone how they really work hard and focus on the service in "Customer Service". They were awesome!!! I would give them a higher rating then "Excellent" if there was one. Great Job....procura, keep up the wonderful work!!!!!!

Comments: Web stores are notorious for cutting corners in terms of service and acting as a blind and deaf, inexpensive direct distribution channel. Procura.com is NOT one of these site.I received better customer service from procura than stores that are right down the street. Great Site!
