Pre-Shipping Cancellations for In-Stock Orders:
Most orders placed with Procura.com that are "in-stock" usually ship same day or next day. Because of this, Procura.com does not guarantee pre-shipping cancellations on any order('s) with "in-stock" items.
Customer will be responsible for all shipping and restocking fees related to order cancellations that have already shipped. Customers who wish to return an order after delivery from the carrier, may do so by following Procura.com's return policies & procedures located here.
Pre-Shipping Cancellations for "Back-Ordered" Items:
Orders containing "back order" items may ship at any time. Because of this, Procura.com does not guarantee cancellations on any orders containing back order items. However, customers may submit a cancellation request on orders that have "back order" item('s) by filling out the below form. Please allow 48 hours to ensure order has not shipped.
